Just adorable. Makes a pot of tea a special event. I particularly enjoy the infuser that lives in the pot, as I use loose leaf tea. I was especially happy when I realized that the metal lid can be removed for cleaning and facilitates easy cleaning of the infuser, as well.It is made china, an therefore durable if not dropped. Giftable - well, my friends want it......

Purchased as a gift for my tea drinking friend. She just loved it. This pugg is really pretty. It holds tea for two. Looks easy to clean. Don’t know how delicate or sturdy it is. Just need to treat it like any piece of porcelain.

Not only is the teapot beautiful, it is so easy to use and clean. I get a lovely couple of cups of my favorite tea with no sediment. Super easy to clean the pot. The metal chamber for the loose tea is also quite easy to clean. I'm very happy with this purchase and will buy other for gifts.

As said by everyone here, everything is perfect except that the lid is weird. It is loosely attached and cannot stand on its own. The opening angle is a bit small as well. I usually just take it off when pouring in hot water. It works that way for me. Otherwise, the pot is beautiful, keeps my tea hot for quite a long time, and the size is good for 4 or 5 cups of tea to go through the night before deadlines.

This is so cute, and, definitely a pot I will use all the time. It holds about 2 cups of water more or less. Keeps your tea warm in a stylish looking pot with a lotus flower pattern. A definite keeper.

This teapot can stand some improvement. It is difficult to get the strainer out of the teapot; the lid is in the way. Since most tea is steeped for three minutes, in my understanding it is then necessary to remove the tea leaves from the tea. Therefore, one must remove the strainer from the teapot. I had to bend the lid back quite a bit to get the strainer out, and then I must use a hemostat to wiggle out the hot strainer. It also drips a little when I pour out the tea. On the positive side It is just the right size for me, it is pretty, and it makes a nice pot of tea.Update: I founds a small crack at the top near the handle. Also the handle is not shaped appropriately causing an unbalance when to pot is full. The pot then leans forward causing a possible pouring out of tea as you carry the pot.

Lovely tea pot! Very happy with this purchase. The only thing is I wish it was a bit bigger (see reference with a regular Ikea mug). I’d say it’s ok for 2 to 3 cups of tea.
