Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator w/ 26 Hour Timer in Black + Accessory Kit

I have had an Excalibur for a number of years. It has dried 100's of pounds of food over the years so I became concerned that it might die on me in the middle of a full load. Order my second unit. Love this machine! Can't live with out one.

Thank heaven I ordered 9 rather than 5 trays! Having fruit trees means I didn't lose my mind trying to keep up. It's noisier than I expected, but I love it anyway. So much better than one without a fan, and the adjustable controls and instructions are wonderful. Though very expensive, it is well worth the price if you have no time for turning food during drying, and the timer function is valuable, too. Just start it and leave it. The trays don't fit in the dishwasher, so I lay them in a staggered stack, and they came clean, no problem.
