Cross Crunch

2 of my friends have purchased this and love it.. I have one also, and use it every day....I do think it helps the arms and stomach.tip: start off slowly...I am up to 10 crunches 3 times a dyay.

I bought a couple of these way back in 2018 . One was 14. new and the next one wasn't anymore than about 24. They were not in stock for at least several years or so, now they appear again , but at 105. , I don't get it, they are plastic and don't last very long. The sellers have a big greed issue with the inflated price for this.

I used this as instructed and it didn't follow through with its promise. It is cheaper and more effective to do just old fashioned crunches. This is just another better than crunches gimmick.

it broke within three weeks of using and cross crunch broke and the bands broke. i will send it back to you show how it broke. i owuld like another one

I first found this ITEM at walmart. Apparently someone had ordered it from WM onlineand had returned it to the store. The 1st one I obtained worked well but I reallywanted to trim frontal belly FAT and by improperly using this device IN FRONT,I develeped an umbilical hernia. Use it only to the sides. Works OK. I triedordering a 2nd one from WM online and an unscrupulous company had bought out therights to this from Wal Mart and was charging $19+ for shipping. The company sellingthis through Amazon is the same bunch of scumbags that were charging the $19+ forshipping,but Amazon made them lower the price to $6+ change for shipping and it took10 days to arrive.
