They had pretty good flavor but was a little dry. We will have to see what we can do about that

Taste is seriously good ....
Darn good .... I tossed a little chopped-up jalapeno into the mix . Total amateur cook here, but I chilled the mix in the fridge for an hour .... makes it easy to roll into a ball for a tighter, neater hush puppy. But .... what do I know? Well, I know they tasted good.
