50 7.25x8 Kraft Cd/dvd Air Bubble Mailers 7.25" X 8"

Ok, what I received was NOT the yellow paper mailers, but the grey plastic ones. I did not return them because I actually consider them to be even better (not susceptible to water damage, for one).

These specialty mailers are better than the larger envelopes, as the contents of the package will not break as easily and the package seems resistant to tearing and weight due to its small size. To be safe, I'd still add protective bubbling inside, but you can likely get away with not including extra supplies here. You MUST add the protective bubbling to the other, larger packages, though, as those are much slimmer than they had been in previous eras and more susceptible to the ravages of the postal service. Having some mailroom experience, I can definitely tell you that this particular item seems unchanged over the last 10 years or so, so at least its somewhat reliable.

I have used these envelopes to mail two jewel-case CDs, which both fit in quite comfortably. I've also put four CDs with the slimmer digipak cases (i.e. the cardboard pack with no plastic) into a single envelope, and - though tight -- they totally fit. The adhesive strip is nice and secure. The color of the envelope is much lighter that the non-bubble padded mailers, so a handwritten address has more contrast against the light background, making it easier to read. On occasion, these envelopes have arrived with a few being slightly crinkled, but other than that, I have found them to be nearly perfect.

Do not buy these if you want to mail DVDs! They don't actually fit! If you are mailing CDs, these are great. CDs slide in easy with some room, but not enough to be unsecure. Adhesive is good. Envelope is easy to write on. Can't beat the price either

Priced very nicely and with free shipping it was an economical no-brainer. The mailers themselves are excellent quality with a very strong adhesive for closure. Prompt shipping. This is my second mailer purchase with this company and I am very comfortable recommending them and their product.

I do a lot of shipping on eBay, and buy multiple mailers to fit different sized products. This is a great size for shipping hair barrettes up to cd's. The quality of the product is great; the manila is thick, the bubble wrap is sufficient, and the self-adhesive seal sticks and holds into place. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to mail smaller items.

Concern that a plastic jewel case would not survive. Postage is about the same with the bubble wrap as the cardboard ones, so weight is not a factor. The are easy to fill and seal, saving time for a large number of mailings.

Great! I use these to ship CDs that I sell - you could probably fit 2 regular size Jewel cases tightly in there. It fits blu-rays perfectly too. DVDs will not fit.
