Only one of the two works.
One of the two dispensers works fine, the other one dispensed one small strip and then stopped working. The adhesive is not the best. Ive used other rub relievers in the past that have been more efficient. But like most reviewers like to say, it may be right for the price. The other one available on Amazon are twice the price of this one.

If you wear heels and flats, I highly recommend!!
They work great. They don't completely stop blisters from happening, but it takes longer when you have this soft tape in the right place. It makes it easier to break in your shoes. You do have to figure out where to put in your shoe by yourself. When you get that right, it works as I said.
