Electro-HarmonixNano POG Polyphonic Octave Generator Pedal

I was looking for an octave pedal to record bass parts with my guitar. This thing is great. It’s very responsive, without any delay. With the dry out, octave up, and octave down all activated, you can get some really fun sounds.

I have read other reviews stating that this pedal has more latency than the micro POG. Despite these reviews, I purchased this pedal to free up room on my board and sold my micro POG. This NANO POG sounds identical to my ears and has zero latency what-so-ever. My picking attack generates an immediate octave response that is every bit as clear and immediate as my old Micro. I do not understand the negative reviews regarding this product. I find it every bit as high-quality as its predecessors, only packed into a box with a smaller footprint.

So, you can make your guitar an 18-string guitar. Or three different types of 12-string guitar. Nice and small and even can be battery powered. Glad I bought it.

This is a really cool pedal. I like to use it primarily for swells, but it makes a bunch of really cool sounds. My only complaint is that it seems like there is gain that comes when turning up the octaves, but maybe it's just the 100w fender ss amp im running it through. Great pedal. Highly recommend it!

There are so many options with this pedal, every guitar player should have one. It track notes very well. There's so much you can do with these especially when combined with other pedals! You can sound like bass, 12 string, synth, add some light fuzz and you have 8 bit sounds. I can't recommend these enough.

I LOVE my POG2 and my POG Jr., but this Nano has latency. No go EHX. The silent bypass switch is awesome, but the pedal's latency sucks. Sorry. You know how I love your pedals.

Strange/loud click every time I activate and deactivate the pedal. It works but I have to put a hard noise gate on :(

Fits my pedal board perfectly and is a perfect match with my neunaber effects pedal. Great for ambient guitar swells when paired with delay, and reverb.
