Practical! Simple!
An EXTREMELY practical book! I absolutely loved the exact details of the books. Firstly, the book has both elements ..nutrition what to eat and workout- what to train and how long. However, there are some recipes of the book which uses non-halal food such as pork which I cannot follow. For me no issue as I can use an alternate source such as chicken or beef hahaa. The workout plan is quite simple that focus more on lower body and abs that has 30s interval and lower jog however i prefer more on the nutrition part! Overall a great read!

A wholesome 2-week full meals
Wow, in 2 weeks all meals are taken care of! Very detailed planning. I have read many recipe books for healthy meals, but not as detailed as this.Perhaps I won't follow exactly every meal, but will repeat some recipes on different days, due to laziness. I guess I can use these recipes for one good month.This e-book also includes exercises to compliment the recipes which is definitely a plus point. I need more tips on exercise - simple and yet effective.Wish me luck in my health plan!
