Allocacoc Dusk, a Gradient-Changing Clock, Home, Office, Study Room

My husband saw this clock in MoMa magazine and fell in love w it, so we got it on Amazon. It’s hard to tell time sometimes and the arms are little fragile, but very stylish! We’re happy with our purchase.

Overall very nice. I love the look of it. I had a problem with the first one… it had a bubble in the glass. I got it replaced, and the second one is great.

I really love the concept of this clock, so much so that when the first one didn’t assemble properly, I tried again with a second clock. Same issue. The second hand wouldn’t stay on the clock. I watched the assembly video at least three times. Googled the issue. To no avail. :( Sadly, I returned the second one, too. Too bad - I really wanted to love it!

It’s pretty cool how it changes from light gray to black during the day. Hands seem a little cheap. It’s just thin white plastic but it works.

Thank goodness Amazon returns are easy. This was just another piece of foreign junk all the way down to the included AA battery. Seriously ... who makes a clock that is “assembly required”????? Cheap plastic disks that were cracked for the face of the clock. The box had coffee stains on it. I think we received someone else’s piece of junk that had been returned to AmazonI wish Amazon would have a better filtering process for the items they sell. Amazon is being infiltrated by foreign JUNK.

The quality is great.

Love the concept - keeps breaking. I had to order 2 separate clocks, and the hour hand keeps getting loose and going down to 6 mark.
