False Description
False product description. I bought the charger due to it saying it could charge 21700 batteries which I need for my flashlight batteries. This product is way to small and barely fits 18650 batteries. Do not waste you money on this charger.

Should have returned
When this works, it WORKS. Other times, it flat out won't charge batteries. Seldom will the red light come on indicating that the battery needs charging, it's usually always Blue on both sides, indicating fully charged, no matter whether the battery is freshly charged, or completely dead.My only option is to keep a flashlight near the charger to test whether the batteries are charged or not. I set a timer for 6 hours or so and hope it works.
