Can you use a powder blush after the make up dries or is there something better to use?

I do use a powder blush. The makeup is dried when I apply. I spray the makeup on the brush and apply.

Neither the primer or the makeup will spray. Am I doing something wrong or did I just throw $50. away?

You have to turn the top to open it before it will spray. Hope that works. I love the product
