When will the white be in stock again?

Not sure, get the silver they will look great on white!

Is the tape that is on the product adequate to hold/stick it permanently onto the car door?

I would use better quality 3M tape.

Does it fit a 2012 ram 1500 Laramie

If fits on any car. It just goes along the edge of the door. So as long as you have a normal door, you should be fine. It sticks with adhesive tape.

How thick is the part?

This part is not very thick at all. It fits and looks very classy on my car and I am getting ready to buy me another set for my new car...
