It installs easily and seems to work as advertised, but I'm docking 2 stars because I hate product logos on ordinary items like this. The logo doesn't show in the illustrations (it's on top, where you press), so I feel as though I've been tricked into advertising this product in my kitchen for free. It's also almost all plastic, but I was expecting that at this price point.Edit: Now that I've had this a few days, I'm going to take another star off, because it jams when pressing, even though they say several times in their description that it doesn't. What I mean is, when you press for soap, nothing comes out until you press fairly hard, at which time a huge squirt of soap comes out, moving so fast it is hard to catch it on a sponge.Edit: The manufacturer saw my review and, without any request from me, sent a replacement unit that is much improved. The new unit does not say "Santiy" on the top, and works more smoothly than the previous one, so I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. I'm reserving one star because the one it is replacing worked even more smoothly for about 18 years, so I want rating room in case I find an even better one, but this is a good product and their customer service seems to be excellent.

I thought this design was inspired when I saw a check valve and the ability to just leave the soap bottle in the cabinet and have this pump inserted directly in the soap. Unfortunately the suction created to pull the soap up from the base of the cabinet to sink level actually collapses the tubing. With the tubing collapsed, you can not get any soap....so....it doesn't work.Update 5/21/2020: The seller reached out and offered to send me new tubing, to which I agreed. The new tubing arrived, and so far I would say it's an improvement, but only time will tell. The tubing is still very flexible, and I am concerned that with some age/use, we will have the same problem. I have updated the rating to three stars for now, largely based on the service I received. They even offered a refund, which I turned down since it may be working as expected with this new tubing. (fingers crossed).The final thing I will point out, and another reason for my 3 star rating, is that the name "SonTiy" is prominently placed on top of the product. This cheapens the look, and does not match my other kitchen fixtures. This is over the top for a kitchen fixture, if there has to be a name, make is less conspicuous. (see picture)Update 06/22/2020: Seller reached out once again and sent me a complete replacement kit with the name removed from the fixture. I did not request this, and even when they offered it, I thought I would only get the top of the pump. I believe they are doing everything they can to make this right, and would recommend their service. I am updating to 4 stars, but have no way to know that the corrections I received would be in any new orders.

This unit is very simple to install. Follow the video on the Amazon product description page. If a large external soap supply is preferred, such as a 1 or 2 gallon bottle (vs the included small nylon bottle) ONE MUST UNDERSTAND the soap's "Directional Flow" through the plastic tubing. Within the supplied tubing is a nylon "1 way" check valve permitting the soap to flow in only a single direction. A "Directional Arrow" is stamped on the outside of the check valve although it is VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE...look closely. If the check valve is reversed, you'll pump forever when soap is needed...and when finished the soap in the tubing will drain back into the supply bottle. Same thing next time you need soap... you'll be a very unhappy camper. Installed correctly, the "Check Valve" retains soap in the line ready for pumping. Best...and enjoy. Easy to install. Hose is too soft. Kinks very easily, so be careful routing and supporting excess hose. Pumping will collapse hose while tube is filling first time. I have a large bottle of soft soap under the sink. Once I got the line filled, it dispensed fine. Maybe it would fill easier if I set the bottle on counter (level with pump). Mke sure check valve is installed correctly. I would have rated this 4 stars, after install.Now, it LEAKS under pump, after using for 12 months. The hose is too loose at top. The soap lubricates the fitting, so slides about half way off, after a time. Outside of hose is coated nearly all the way down to the bottle. Some large clumps congealed soap at the drip points. I tried to install a small zip tie at top, but opening for hose is too small. Now I must take pump off, drill or cut it , to somehow attach a hose clamp. Bad design.Update-Feb2021: have been contacted by Seller a few times. They want me to delete my negative comments, and they they promise a refund via Paypal or (partial refund) Amazon Gift card.Nice try Sally. I have been burned by similar offers from other sellers that never honor the refund. Send me a working replacement, or full refund first, then and i promise change my comments and 1-star ratingI modified installation, moving hose support point at the check valve, using a Twist-tie around P-trap. It still LEAKS soap along hose, but seems less than before.
