Didn’t last. And this was the second exact unit we purchased. Hoping it was just bad luck. They look great. That’s it

I bought this water cooler with stainless steel reservoir to avoid plastic being in contact with my drinking water. I received it and immediately could not believe how cheaply made the plastic cap was, the outside had cheap plastic look and many of the other pieces inside that come in contact with the water except the reservoir were plastic too. The plastic inside is contact with the water so I have to ask what is the advantage of buying a stainless steel reservoir? I realized that for having spent nearly $400 this was quite a disappointment so I tried to return it and was informed that they will not accept returns even though I had not used it in anyway. I feel totally shafted by Aquaverve. The customer service woman told me that it was in the terms and conditions that they don't accept returns so just be aware of this.

Aquaverve does not stand behind product if there's a problem and made poorly. Don't buy it or you will regret it.
