The round oven pan with the high rim and two handles is ideal for baking crispy chips, but is also versatile: braised and egg dishes and even Asian wok dishes can be used in the enamel shredding pan. With its two practical handles, it can be placed directly on the dining table and is therefore also suitable as a serving pan. The shredding pan can also be placed in the oven without problems at high heat and can be used as a baking mould or oven pan, e.g. as a gratinating mould for baked ham stains and even as a baking mould for bread. The enamel material consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of cookers (gas, electric, vitro-ceramic, induction and even over open flames). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene guarantees the non-porous, smooth surface made of glass.
