I had a very disappointing experience with the PowerMax Fitness TD-M1 6HP BLDC Motor Treadmill. The treadmill stopped working within a short period, and that’s where the real problem began. PowerMax claims to be customer-focused, but in reality their approach is completely NON-centric to customers. Reaching their customer service team is extremely difficult. You have to constantly chase them, and even then, responses are delayed or ignored. Technicians do not follow up unless you escalate repeatedly, and even after escalation, the support is half-hearted and unreliable. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience. A fitness product like a treadmill is a big investment, and when it fails, you expect prompt and professional support. Unfortunately, PowerMax failed on both the product quality and customer service fronts. Overall, this has been an awful experience with the product, the company, and the customer service team. I would never recommend this product or brand to anyone. Please think twice before buying. The product is still under warranty and the organization has a denial stand on not fixing the problem, then what is the point in offering a warranty. 1 on 10 Awful Experience.
