First off:google a degloving injury. Do you want this? No. So don't go to work with your hands with a regular ring on! Don't do it. Do not go to the gym with a normal ring, don't work a construction job with a ring, none of it.These silicon rings are more comfortable, buy them for your husbands also! I work in the operating room so having my wedding band at work is a risk of losing it. I love the variety of sizes and colors based on my day. Thinner bands for work. Thicker for outings like hiking etc. They fit amazing and are very light weight and comfortable. I take mine off and on at work and they hold up well. Not one has broken yet.
