We needed an electric sharpener to sharpen pencils for our elementary school aged child's class. When we first got the sharpener, we were surprised at how small it was and was not sure it would be able to stand up to the many pencils that needed to be sharpened. However after using the sharpener, it works very well.. the shavings chamber is a bit small, but easy to empty. Id recommended this sharpener to anyone needing sharp pencils.

I sharpen pencils for my child’s classroom weekly. The teacher sends them home and so I wanted a better sharpener. This is ok. It’s small, the reservoir fills up quickly, I need to hold it in my hand to use bc it’s pretty lightweight and it’s jammed up several times. The plus is it’s compact and I think it’d be better if you sharpen a few pencils a week, just not for heavy use. Looks nice!

I thought this would be a typical grinding sharpener, but it’s just a manual sharpener mounted so it rotates. So the way a little hand held sharpener is prone to doing a bad job? This is the same. It’s not very strong. It’s not at all smooth. My five year old can’t work it. And he’s a professional kindergartener.

This is a totally cheap, poorly made Chinese product. It literally has a $0.50 cent pencil sharpener inside it. Because of this, the points on the pencils sharpened with it is really small - just like the point you would get from a 50 cent portable plastic handheld sharpener. Spend some more money and get a real sharpener.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  To be fair, it sharpens good, but sometimes works other times it gets stuck, I have 2 kids (7y and 5y) and they need assistance every time they need to sharpen their pencils because of the whole thing spinning around. Not very safe either makes a sound like it is going to break the pencil or itself. Looks like a cheap Toy! There a lot better options for a few bucks more.

works great! it’s very strong and you must hold on to it tightly or it’ll just spin wildly! works great tho! love that it can be plugged in and not waste batteries.

If you like a really nice, sharp tip on your pencils, look elsewhere. This also takes just as long as hand-sharpening.

I don't like that you can't leave it plugged up. You charge it & use it or depend solely on the batteries. Other than that it works great. Have to hold it in place while using but great product for the price.
