I’ve used many boxes. But for the price you can’t complain about the quality. I have no complaints…. It works

la cajilla me esta dando problema para encender tengo que desconectarla 3 a 4 vecez para que se encienda es una pesadilla , al apagarla despues que pasa una hora o menos es igual . por lo demas todo bien pero asi no se puede usar se puede dañar el cable de corriente porque hay que desconectarlo muchas veces.

It worked well for the first few weeks, but started to freeze. For the money I spent, I;m a little disappointed.

Fast, responsive, no lag even over the old 10/100 LAN.Everybody should hate google for their anti-privacy, and data capture policies. Until there is something better it is still better than apple right now as far as availability of apps.But this unit was unable to install several apps and the ones I needed would install but not run so I assume it has digital rights or permissions issues.Given that the Chinese use dozens of their own versions of operating systems on their phones it is only normal to assume they have no idea what it is like here in the US where everyone is too lazy or stupid to even format a device.Note to all would be Android OS devs, you must compile, debug, compile several times before sending a unit to the US because they do not have the ability to fix your mistakes or general laziness in following very strict build guidelines. Thus this unit is unusable once set up.Also just because a unit turns on and loads to setup does not mean it functions properly. quality control is needed after pushing the OS to ensure it will not come back to you as RMA.The hardware is great, the lack of testing the device with Android OS loaded is just dumb. Who loads and OS after compiling and just send it out the door? WHO DOES THAT? Children trying to make a fast buck and the Chinese tech scene coming to the US.This is just unacceptable as a final product if your intention is mass market consumption. I am starting to believe stuff like this is being used to launder money. purchase return, resell, return; it all looks rather intentional and devious now that it has gone on for years and we found out that Amazon is just throwing masses of stuff out into the trash - which is illegal when it is electronics, batteries, or white recyclables.

This box is okay. I really should have sprung for the extra RAM though. I had to delete some of the pre-installed apps just to get it to run properly. The remote is basically useless but works well with my mini bluetooth keyboard. Spend the extra $10 and get the 2G 16G model as this one runs very slowly when more than a couple of apps are installed. The UI is easy to use but if you plan on using more than two or three apps, get the upgraded model.
