Fabulous and Extra Cristpy
I wanted to make tempura fish and vegetables for my husband and me and like Kikkoman Products so bought 2 boxes. I had read a few recipes through the years and decided to alter the instructions to suit us. Instead of water I added 3/4 cup vodka and a can of club soda. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this was. Yes, I changed their instructions but the final result was phenomenal! My apologies to Kikkoman for changing the recipe, but maybe they would like to include this suggestion.

Best tempura batter ever! Not always available at local stores but the price was good enough that we will be ordering again.

I've tasted better and had better. This was a need soon item and it worked okay. I'm satisfied with this product not my go to. But, it's sufficient

This mix is good. I suggest you use more mix to water.

Can’t go wrong with this brand! Tasty and easy tempura mix. A little pricy, but the boxes are a good size.

Great for shrimp
Had a hard time finding this local, so got it here on Amazon. Makes a great batter for fried shrimp with sweet & sour sauce.
