I just received these and I love them. I dont know about long term yet as I just received then but easy to use and it all arrived put together. Did not receive workout pamphlet as apparently that was supposed to come with it, and the straps are sketchy as hell. In the middle if leg extensions and they unvelcro as if barely attached. The band's are NOT as pictured at all.

Extremely disappointed with this product. Bands all look the same except for being different color. Very poor quality and cheaply made. I’m a regular Amazon user and I have never been so upset as I am now. How can Amazon let this poorly made product on its website?

No range of motion, no durability and versatility is all up to you. Listen, this even more worthless than Biden. Waste of money. Unless you can't really lift that much weight. I used these three busted ones one time.

Mine arrived with missing hooks !

Item received looks nothing like picture description. Also band broken when I received it. Missing items. Have yet to hear back from company I ordered from.....

I like that is easy to use, however I think is important if you send instructions or guide of use.
