Recommended for Seedlings or use in Cache Pots
I bought these to re-pot some succulents that were root bound in their original pots. They aren't the toughest plastic, but I expect that's why they're economical. They were well-suited to my purpose, which was to use inside of the individual buckets of a Houston International 7400-4E XR Set Of Three Small Steel Planters With Tray, Red . They aren't an exact fit, but close enough. I find it easy to lift out the GrowHobby pots, water my succulents, then replace them in the planters. I also re-potted a bundle of Rainbow Elephant Bush stalks for my fiance. They're only in a GrowHobby pot and it seems sturdy enough on its own as long as he doesn't handle it much (which he doesn't). Verdict: better inside of a cache pot, but good quality and value. Recommended.

These are great for re-potting my seedlings that I start out in a 4" shallow pot. I was looking for something deeper in square and could not find anything.
