They really know their stuff
I wanted to learn how to weld, but the college class was cancelled. These videos gave me the information I needed to get started, take the fear away and cut the first time jitters to a minimum. From these videos, I gained the confidence to adjust the welders settings and give it a try. First weld was a bit rough, but I now knew enough to examine the weld and make the proper adjustments. The next weld was much better. Not the most exciting teacher I've ever had, but the results sure are. Through the helmet views show what welds should look like. These are worthy training videos.

This DVD is helping me very much. I watch it as I would attend a classroom w/ note pad & pen. Hitting pause to write down what needs to be remembered (better than live class for me). Then out into the backyard to apply (try to apply) and so on. The instructor sits on the edge of his chair really excited about welding! That helps a lot when trying to absorb a lot of technical stuff.
