NutriJa DIM (DIINDOLYLMETHANE) 100mg - 60 Capsules

It would be to early to say as I have just used this for less then 2 weeks, but it seems really great product. Working amazing for me as I go life weights in the gym 4 times a week. I used anabolic 7 years back and I had a left puffy sensitive nipple which was few stages before you call it an actual gyno. It was so sensitive that even if I consume whey protein it wd feel itchy and look puffy so I planned to take DIM. This Nutrija DIM has made me packed leaner muscles and got me bit water weight as well and I can say it would be because of the creatine which I m stacking it with. I am exited to come off the creatine and contribute DIM dlr another 20 day before taking a break of 10 days starting my other jar of DIM. I assume it will give me more harder look and subside my left puffy nipple which was the real intention why I purchased this product. I would say it’s value for each penny you depend. Would like to go try other products of Nutrija as well. Cheers

I used it for 2 months but my e2 dropped from 51 to just 48 at a dose of 200mg on most days. Disappointed. (male user). I Tried "Healthy Pill" brand. Looked shady but my dim dropped from 48 to 33 in just 1.5 months at 200mg daily. I Always started with 100mg for 7 days then increased to 200mg. *None of this is Medical advice

Male, 38yr My estradiol went from 52 to 32 after 2 months of Nutrija 100mg DIM (may, june) and 3 months of 1g NOW Calcium Dglucorate (CDG, bought from Amazon US, apr-june ) . Anything above 100mg DIM bloated me like a balloon, which went away 2-3 days after I cut back to 100mg. This happened twice- once at the beginning and then after the end of 1st bottle, when I bought 200mg DIM. MY total testosterone has remained around 450 (not good enuf). My strength has remained the same. (maintenance calories) I've lost only ~1kg, although I feel leaner around my hip. Maybe slightly less belly too. My gyno(fat) has remained same. I'm ~20% fat (dexa scan, jan) and have always struggled to get below that despite regular high quality workouts, primarily because my cravings for sugar seems to get into over drive at that fat% range; but, that seems lot less atm. I did not notice any significant changes from lowered estradiol- but for the blood test -(I was doing fine in most cases tbf) although, looking back, I felt more stable energy during the day despite using lesser and lesser coffee, even avoiding coffee on many days . My target was 25pg/nl, but have decided to stop DIM and CDG and focus on increasing total and free T instead. Will try 3 months of fadogia agresits(FA) and tongkat ali(TA). If TA doesn't keep estradiol under 30, will use DIM and CDG again. Will definitely recommend this DIM 100mg for phase 1 detoxification. Combine with CDG for phase 2 detoxification. (Have read about sulphation stage of phase 2 detoxification, but I never used any sulphurephane supplements)

I have been using Nutrija supplements for quite a while, the ones I have used (TMG, Carnatine etc) are genuine an cost-effective, backed by awesome customer support. At the time of writing, this was the only Indian made DIM supplement available on Amazon. At less than half the price of it's nearest competitor and my prior experience with their products, it was a no brainer to go for it. DIM takes a few weeks to work and it's effectiveness can be confirmed by a simple blood test, which I will certainly be doing after finishing the bottle. Hope that Rahul and his team continue launching competitive products and provide Indian consumers a good local alternative to iHerb and VitaminShoppe.

Highly recommended for postmepausal women and I took this for my mom as she is likely eatrogen dominance,experiencing frequent hot flashes and disturbed sleep in the night. I saw this supplement recommendation from Dr.Berg from YouTube.No wonder he is curing many diseases and helping a lot people by spreading these informations. So my mom is basically estrogen dominance, And have had issues with fibroids that required an open abdominal hysterectomy a couple years back. She started seeing some positive changes since started taking this. I wish I had known about it years before and perhaps could have seen the changes early. On her recent ultrasound report I saw fibroids size is degrading which is a good news and waiting for my next ultrasound report.
