I have been taking these to help with neuropathy from Chemotherapy and diabetes in conjunction with Ashwaganda and it has been incredible improvement I highly recommended.

I use it in combination with Neuroturna and Himalaya glucocare and Himalaya heartcare for my neuropathy from glucose intolerance. I have seen improvement in my glucose tolerance and levels as well as neuropathy. (80-90% less). Overall I have also used Baba Ramdev Chandraprabha Vati from India, but the quality of this one is excellent. 1 stress for Halal certification. Please explain what is halal in Ayurveda?. Ayurveda medications are supposed to be prepared per atharva vedic tradition not Halal tradition. Halal for meat, I understand, but Halal for ayurvedic products?. Very confusing and misrepresentation. If the above misinformation about Halal was not there then would've given 5 stars.

This product was received well within the use date and had several layers of tamper proof seal. The capsules are smaller than some other brands and very easy to swallow. There is no claim of third party testing, but with a GMP certification, being certified lab tested and being made right here in the USA, I feel confident the of purity of the contents claimed on the label. With a quantity of 120 capsules, this is a good value and will supply you for several months. I cannot say I have noticed many short term effects, but some subtile effects can be noted. I’m looking forward to my results over the long term

This medicine caused edema just after 3 days of taking the capsule. This doesn't work the same way as other Indian ayurvedic brands!

I've taken these dietary supplement pills for about a week now and they seem to be giving me more energy and mental clarity. I feel good about a half hour after I take them and I continue to feel good and they don't make me sick or upset my stomach at all. I really like the plant-based vitamins and minerals that are in these supplement pills. For the money I think it's a great buy and I will be getting more of these I highly recommend.

I like the medicine because it helped me in controlling my incontinence, What I did not like is that it is somewhat expensive.

Read great reviews about Dr. Gumman. He seems to know his profession of Ayurveda. But this particular supplement do NOT work for people with IBS-D (maybe IBS-C also). After 2 weeks this resulted in kind of ulcer and triggered the IBS episode. I am writing not against the the team behind this product or quality coz seems they are trying to bring ayurveda authentically to this country and the facility is GMP certified, rather I want to share that this combination of ayurvedic herbal plants in this supplement does NOT work for people with IBS. So such people be careful.

I love taking this wonderful age-old Ayurvedic remedy with its long complicated name :). The long list of ingredients amazed me - it's so thoroughly calculated to address many health issues and maintain the proper workings of the body. I liked the slightly spicy aroma the moment I opened the jar of capsules - it also tells you about the purity of ingredients. A wonderful product.
