The shape of this B & S replacement part is "beefy-er" than the original. Looks like B & S realized OE was not strong enough. Mine broke in half, although many years of use. Part used to lockdown frequently needed valve adjustments, so engine can start easier. B & S 13.5 hp in a Craftsman mid-engine rider. Thanks Amazon for fast ship.
