Hi, is it works for kia rio 2014 ?

I wouldn't know but if you're shopping on Amazon go to My Garage and enter info about your Kia Rio and it will tell you if this fits or not. I put this on our crown vic several years ago and it still runs cold like new!

Are there high and low pressure line washer seals or are they needed?

Mine came with both o-rings/seals, they were in a small plastic bag.
