Sweet present
Bought this to use as a Christmas present and was pleased. Everything came in perfect condition and the gift box was adorable - no need to wrap! My only issue was that the gift box had the brand name on it ("Jumway") but it was small and easily covered with a card. Recipient loved the gift, which is the most important part.

Love this mug. Perfect for tea. Lid helps tea steep and is nice place to set tea bag after steeping till ready to dispose. Beautiful design and very classy looking packaging. I literally use this mug everyday for my morning tea.

Love this mug! Beautiful classy presentation! Very sturdy for hot or cold drinks and awesome little spoon for honey. Bought it for my daughter who loves to drink tea and just graduated. Message on mug just right for her!!

This was a gift for a co-worker and she loved it! The packaging was really nice too. Everything was nice & pretty. Great quality for the price. Exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful! But one item in the box arrived broken.
The cup and other items came beautiful but unfortunately I gave it a poor review from the packaging only because an item arrived broken in the box. Everything else still looks presentable and since we need it to give it as a thank you gift for our wedding coordinator it’s ok but just one item in the box arrived broken and it was one of the minor pieces but other than that the cup itself was beautiful and elegant and so was the spoon and coaster.

Gift box was caved in on side when delivered but as far as the product goes, I was very pleased with the quality and design. I didn't have to wrap it, I covered the dent with ribbon, but Amazon did put a sticker on the box as well. So don't bank on the gift box being usable I guess it's case by case. But you can beat the quality of the product.

Pretty in pink
I got this as a going away gift for my coworker. It is so pretty. It could just be used as decoration. The presentation is beautiful. She really liked it because pink is her favorite color.
