These are the first set of resistance bands I have ever had. 4 stars because I love the colors. But there is very little give in how far they stretch if you have muscular/thick legs, so you may want to consider another option. I don't know if I'll ever even be able to use the mid and high level bands. But if you have a slim frame then these will be perfect for you.

Returning this product. Was very excited for these resistance bands to come home when my jump rope arrived at the same time as well. The bands were thin and weren’t durable. It was way too stretched out for me to work on anything. The worst part was the SMELL!! I took a whiff of that smell right when I opened up the package. Horrible and it lingered around that I couldn’t even deal with it anymore. I simply put it back in the bag and ready to package.

I bought these resistance bands when the pandemic first hit because the gym in our complex closed. When I first recieved them, I was pleased with the quality of the bands and impressed with the level of resistance they offered. My favorite thing about the bands is that they are anti-roll. Unlike the resistance bands that are more elastic (like bands used at a physical therapist's office) that tend to roll up when stretched, these bands? THEY DON'T MOVE. Whether it be on my calves, arms, thighs- IT DON'T MOVE! And I love it. They have significantly improved my workouts!

Delivery was on time. i did not like the packaging. i bought bands from another person and packaging comparison this to me was not the best packaging, but the bag you get is really durable. i haven't used the bands as yet to see how long they will last but i did test them out and the lightest feels like it will snap under pressure but the other 2 was great.

So much to like about this product. First, the cheerful colors- can’t help but smile when I get them out. Second, durable material. Third, functionality - they stay in place and are very comfortable unlike the rubber version.I purchased to continue therapy after knee surgery.

These feel a lot different than the rubber resistance bands! No rolling up, well made and strong. Been using for a few days and this is exactly what I needed to strengthen my hip, butt and legs. I’ve even found a technique for breast and chest... 👍🏻Have already recommended to a friend!

I love these bands! They do not roll down your legs in the middle of a workout and they do not feel like they are about to pop when you stretch them (like the rubber resistance bands). Worth every single penny!

I workout a lot , I was really excited about these bands but they are not good the M resistance is like Low and de HIgh resistance you cant even open it really bad and they do slip
