It feels sooo good to have my back straight! I almost got a hump, so my mom (who’s a therapist) insisted that I urgently start using a back and shoulder posture brace. That was life-saving piece of advice (thanks, mom!) This upper back brace works perfectly both as slouching corrector and back pain relief device. By and large it’s like having a professional posture trainer (mom) remind you to straighten up. I am totally pleased with this bodywellness posture corrector.

The "harness" is incredibly uncomfortable, cutting under the arms and providing no noticeable effect on posture. I contacted the seller to request instructions on how to fit the harness correctly, since the package included no instructions or even illustrations. The seller responded that no instructions are necessary! When I work in my workshop or garden, due to different tasks I do, I find myself not maintaining the right posture. This results in back pain and general body exhaustion. This device really helps for those tasks, no more back pain. I wish you could make something like that which is more slick and can fit under a dress shirt for work, without being noticeable. Made well and has many options to adjust to need.

Everything about it is good except it moves from its position also if you live in hot weather or much humidity it will soak its black color and damage clothes. Need to improve the back support with fixed part & maintain its dye

Ive used multiple versions of these posture correctors and this by far is the best. For the price you will not find an easier setup as far as getting in and out of it. Its very simple to adjust and that is the best feature to me.

My wife has a DD chest size, and unfortunately for her, the weight of her chest has caused some bad posture for her in addition to some back discomfort. She asked me to purchase this for her, and she loves it. It has begun to help correct her posture, and she doesn’t complain so much anymore about back pain. This was a great buy.

Returning it. Cheaply made, no instructions, poor fit, no support, does not AT ALL deliver on what is advertised.
