A little hard to but things in the smaller compartments
My only gripe with this is that the smaller compartments on the front and side are hard to fit stuff into, no matter how small the object is. Other than that, this is a great backpack! There's 4 larger compartments that are way easier to fit stuff into, so that sort of glosses over the two useless compartments.

Arrived with a broken zipper!
First off the backpack is bigger then it looks. Would have held all my high schoolers books but it arrived broke. It ok quality but you get what you pay for. It does look exactly like in the picture. I have requested a return 2 times now. No response back from either one.
