I actually ordered two sets of these lights. One strand in a 100’ length, and another in 25’ length for a total of 125’ of lights.The 100’ set came with the strand of cable, and bulbs separated. There were several boxes of bulbs each containing 25, and then a handful of individually packaged spares.At first I thought that was a pain point, but then I realized that it was actually helpful because the bulbs are NOT shatter resistant as advertised. They will explode on you with the slightest bump into something unintended (like each other). Don’t even attempt moving the strand with all of the bulbs in place!After installing the 100’ section, complete with bulbs, I plugged them in to find that around a dozen of the bulbs didn’t light up. After further investigation, I found that the bulbs were not burned out, but rather had low quality craftsmanship, and the contact points for electricity were not touching appropriately within the socket. After spending an hour minimum playing with and adjusting the tension of each bulb, I was able to get them all to light. Unfortunately with them being so temperamental, I have to revisit some of the bulbs each time I turn them on.The 25’ section came with the bulbs installed. I had the exact same problem with the contact points of the bulbs, and had to play around with four of them on this set to make them work (which they ultimately did).As of now, the strands have been up for three days or so in total.To summarize my review:These are very nice looking lights when they work. If you are looking for something that will “just work” out of the box, look elsewhere. The lights did hold up to a rain storm, so I have no reason to doubt the water resistant claim, however they are by no means shatter resistant bulbs and will “pop” on you if dropped or “clanked” in to each other accidentally. Treat them with caution and care. These lights are time consuming to install due to poor craftsmanship in the bulb to socket contact points, and you will have to fight with at least a few bulbs from each strand to make them light.Amazon promised same day shipping on these if ordered before a certain time, it that was a lie. Upon placing an order, I got a notification saying they would be delivered by 9pm that day, but they weren’t. At around 9pm, I checked back only to find a “we’re sorry” message asking me to check back several days later if I still hadn’t received them. This seems to be happening more and more with Amazon. They over promise and under deliver (literally). That is a separate issue from the product purchased, except to say that if you absolutely need these in a hurry, don’t trust the Prime same day shipping like I did.I would not recommend this purchase based on both the quality of the item received, and the shipping.

They are great for ambiance. Really made my porch pop. My only mistake was not buying a long enough string.

I love these lights! I bought a set but we have a large backyard so we needed another set and with prime the second set came really fast. The pic does NOT do them justice AT ALL because they are even more beautiful in person. I am definitely going to buy more to put in other parts of the yard. They give great light and held up well in weather. I am really happy with them!

I hate to say this because I truly wanted these lights to be awesome for the money. Unfortunately you just get what you pay for. I bought these on a flash sale for around $14. The first set arrived with two bulbs out, which wasn't a problem because it came with two extra. However, when I plugged them in for the first time the whole strand blew up and was useless. I contacted the company who was very friendly and insisted on replacing the product for me. I was really happy with that. I waited and when I received it in the mail, I plugged it in, and all of the last three bulbs were out. It only came with two replacement bulbs. So once again, I can't use it. At this point I have just chalked it up to wasted money. No pretty new additions to my patio for the spring, so I'm kind of disappointed.

Not bad for the price and they look great but they came with few fused bulbs and some broken then I went to tighten them since it wasn’t lighting up. They gave extra bulbs 2 per box which helped a lot but now I don’t have any. Gotta find out where I can get extra bulbs because I went through all 4 in a day.

It's not often that I find myself bitten quite this hard by a poor quality product. I knew from the moment I picked up the box on my front step that I was in for trouble. Be aware that upon opening up these boxes, you will likely be met with a shower of glass shards and powder. Be sure not to open it over a carpet or anywhere that you wont be able to vacuum up the remains of what are some of the most laughably constructed "globe bulbs". Out of three boxes that i ordered, only one of them (The one packed in the middle) had the majority of its bulbs intact.The glass wall thickness measures at around. 0.016" or (0.39mm). When taken into consideration that the average person's fingernail is basically double that at around 0.70mm, it's no wonder nearly none of these survived shipment. On top of that, even attempting to remove some of them from the foam packing alone is enough resistance to bust them.Basically forced to spend my evening removing most of the bulb bases from the sockets with a pair of pliers and attempt to find a compatible bulb that wont break if you simply breathe on it. The wire and socket assembly seems relatively decent, however, so if I can manage to find bulbs that fit this, it could be savable.

Cannot say enough good about these lights!!! We put these all around our deck and before putting these up, we were getting eat up by Mosquitoes. Once we turn these on at night we do NOT have to use any kind of repellent. Actually it is like we don't even see Mosquitoes, the only thing that comes to these lights are a few moth. These are the best lights on the planet!!! They look like a bronze color hence why we believe the bugs vanish!? I hope they never quit selling these because they are that AMAZING!! You will NOT regret!!

I use these indoors. They work for this even though I was concerned they would look too outdoors-y. I put them on a timer and they come on every night at 7:20pm. They look pretty and give my dog light even when we don't come home til dark. They have been up for about 3 months now and works great so far. It also came with two spare bulbs.
