Remove Your Mental Blocks

Over many years I have listened to Dick Sutphen's CDs, read his books, and attended his workshops. Although much of this information is on his other CDs, the way this one is put together focuses on helping you remove your "mental blocks". He starts off with a relaxing meditation with his "original" theta-wave zapper technology providing a soft and relaxing background. This is followed by a past life regression and you finish up by combining Higher-Self hypnosis with past-life regression to obtain a karmic overview and past-life therapy release techniques, i.e. symbolic restitution, etc. The more often you listen to the CD, the more insights you receive, and you find yourself connecting the pieces of information you've acquired together like a psychic jig saw puzzle. This is definitely a "must" CD to add to your repertoire.

So happy to see Mr. Sutphen's audios available as downloads. I bought several a week or so ago including Remove Your Mental Blocks. I wanted to comment on it because every time I listened (at night before bed), I woke up the next morning feeling fantastic. Very unusual. :) But nice to have such a positive experience so quickly.The best thing about these is Mr. Sutphen's voice. He's such a pro. Very easy on the ears. I particularly like the meditation tapes and will definitely be buying more.

Dick Sutphen produces some amazing tapes and his methd of meditation is excellent and can help with addictions and problems as well as boosting self reliance and confidence in many areas of life.

Dick Sutphen has a very soothing voice. The guided meditations / hypnosis sessions are excellent. I highly recommend his work to anyone exploring this avenue of thought.

I could NOT relax to his voice and meditate! Maybe someone else would.

He is one of the greats. He does not spread religious propaganda, but empowers us to make our own more informed choices. Love this price and the quality of this item!

If nothing else, it really helps you to relax, fall asleep easier, and sleep deeper than ever before!!I have not removed any mental blocks of which I am aware, but I suffer horrendous insomnia and this product aides me in getting to sleep and sleeping soundly throughout the night!

I have been using their products since they were tapes. Glad to see they are continuing and now have their work on CD. Getting hard to fine tape recorders that still work LOL
