Can someone tell me where to buy the rubber gasket for this product? I lost the rubber "gasket" that prevents water from leaking.

I think you are talking about the garden hose thread gasket that is inside. Most hardware stores have them, sometimes garden centers too. Or places that sell plumbing.

How do i use this? do i keep the ends capped tight, take them off, or somewhere in between? i can’t seem to make it mist.

Screw the mister to the end of a standard garden hose as you would a hose nozel. The little brass ends have a tiny hole that sprays a mist under water pressure. They are press fitted. Not screwed as there no threads. You may have clogged nozzles that need to be soaked overnight with vinegar. Or you probably have a defective part? Also, most mist systems have an inline filter to remove or reduce calcium deposits from clogging the nozzles. Note: The Queen Mary steam ship was retired from service due to deposits in her boilers that were several feet thick. So,Even big machinery are victims of calcium build up, deposits.
Even our hearts get calcified. So, do like the British and drink tea with crumpettes. 😂

any advice how to clear those three pin size nozzles?  i tried vinegar and saw no improvement.

The nozzles on mine didn't clog. However, at one time, I was married to a welder who often used an acetylene torch. There is a tool they use to clean the holes on the torch head. It's an array of pins with abrasive bumps along them. This would work well, if you want to go to the trouble of buying one.
