I was recently diagnosed with silent Crohn's and my sister recommended I try enzymes to help digest some of my favorite foods that cause me to flare up (mainly raw veggies and salad). The ones she suggested were insanely expensive so I decided to give these a try instead. I notice a HUGE difference when I take them before meals vs. when I don't. I am also on an infusion and based on blood work it looks like that is helping some, but these enzymes have really reduced the bloating and made going to the bathroom "normal" again. I can't tell you how much a relief that is. No unwanted side effects that I have noticed. I use about 3-4 over the course of the day. When I don't take them, the bloating returns and I'm visiting the bathroom more often than I'd like to. Overall, will continue to use these and so happy it doesn't cost a ton out of pocket to do so.

Fantastic product that helps with digestion. This has replaced lactaid and interestingly, has helped with acid reflux. After eating a heavy meal, these capsules help me digest and feel "lighter" (not as lethargic) afterwards. You can dose easily based on how heavy of a meal you're taking, or just take one with each meal. I'm a repeat customer, and will continue to be. I love these pills.

I have been using these digestive enzymes for over a year. They work ! I take one or two depending on the food i about to eat, just before I eat my meal. I tried other enzymes, but many of them had desecated pork pancreas in the formula. I said NO. I stopped eating pork long time ago. So these enzymes are vegetarian and they work well .

Great stuff, we weren’t disappointed! We have tried countless brands of digestives. We wanted one that just had digestive aid but not tons of added probiotic (which supposedly can be bad or affect some ppl if its too much). You can take up to 6 of these per day. We all take about 3-4 and that does the trick to keep us feelings slimmer, keep good digestion, and also having NO issues to use the bathroom daily if you know what I mean. Its not a terrible laxative kind of affect, just a nice smooth natural digestive help. Two of us have very bad digestive problems too, and it helps work wonders for us both. Can’t live without em. We have bought many bottles for a long time, just only once had an issue where 1/4 pills were opened or broken but got a refund no problem. Maybe damaged during shipping. Other than that even the huge bottles, no issues…

These help my digestion issues…part of my pancreas doesn’t produce enough digestive enzymes and these eliminate issues caused by that.

I just started using this a few days ago, but already the pain in my stomach [intestines] is less! It's eady to take with food. The capsule can be swallowed or the powder sprinkled on. I'm also having less bloating !
