Flexzilla Pro Air Hose Reusable Fitting, 3/8 in. - RP900375

I bought several, I've only used two, but they're very easy to install and super affordable. I used to pay quite a lot for those adapters until I found these.

I bought an air hose spool that mounts on the wall of my garage. Very convenient until the fitting that came with it somehow got bent and blew off. I didn’t want to buy a whole new spool assembly, nor did I want to buy an expensive crimping tool that I’d only use once. When I discovered this life saver, it was too affordable not to try. It was harder to install than I thought it would be. Getting the tip to grab the inside of the air hose proved a challenge. After a short struggle I could never get it flush mounted, until once I started to secure the nut that holds it together. It looked pretty secure after tightening the nut, and I’ve used it with my compressor 5-6 times since the repair, and it’s still holding strong. Compared to buying a new air hose or have a new fitting professionally installed/repaired, this was too good of a price not to try. The product quality is great and this is brilliantly designed. I did a lot of searches before finding this, so let’s hope they advertise better in the future.

I received this today and upon first look it appears to be VERY well made, Installation super easy and quick swivel action is very smooth, All and All it looks very well made, I imagine the hose is made in the USA and the ends are not! I used 2 24mm smooth wrenches to install and the paint scratched up a bit and if it lasts and that is the only problem I have with it I would say this is a GREAT product!

I decided to rate based on ease of installation and features so take in to consideration that I just installed and do not have long term use with this product. Used a dab of grease on barb to push hose over barb and tightened (pre-installed) nut over top of barb fitting until nut bottomed out against barb fitting and clipped (pre-installed) hose wrap into back side of nut. Went together easily and I like the hose wrap on the back side. I pressure tested to 150 psi (the max for my air compressor) and did not leak. Also pulled on hose a little while under pressure and seems to hold well. Would buy again if needed.

What I needed to convert a 1/2" air hose from 3/8" fitting to 1/4".

Worked perfectly. I had a 100' hose that was handy when I bought it for a remodel project, but now was too long to be usefull, so I cut it down to a 25' and a 75' and it looks like they came from the factory and have zero leaks.

This product is great, easy to install, doesn’t leak like my other crimp fitting on my air line. Nice quality product.

I had no idea these products existed until I saw this one. It was a breeze to install and looks fantastic, like an OEM fit or better! No tools required to install, except an Exacto knife to cut the hose! Was tough to get the barb fully into the hose, but with enough pressure and patience, I got a flush fit and there is no way the fitting will ever come apart.
