Fox Run Cheese Plane, 8.5 x 2.75 x 0.1 inches, Metallic

Very dull, had to sharpen before use but it still doesn't cut well. A little flimsy as well, if you push hard enough to slice the cheese it bends the handle.

I like that this plane is one solid piece of Stainless... I wish it had more strength, the metal is kind of thin. Great with a medium hard cheese. It works...Heads up, it slices thin...

Slices extremely thin slivers of cheese. I was hoping for a thicker slice. It is still great for parmesan grating over food.

It works pretty well but is a tiny bit flimsy. The slices it makes are pretty thin too but good enough for me.

Its great if you want paper thin cheese.

This cheese plane is nice and solid but the slices are much too thin.

I create beaded silverware and have been using these cheese planes for a few years. They never disappoint. Simple construction and clean lines. Also heavy weight enough to actually use.
