I’m so glad I finally ordered one of these sheets! I’ve heard great things about “grounding” and decided to get my own! I chose the bed sheet so that both my husband and I could reap the benefits. I sleep so well since I’ve used this, and the sheet itself is very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I’m surprised and impressed. My sleep quality improved tremendously.My daughter is stating that her husband stopped snoring. He didn’t believe in grounding so he disconnected the mat before the night time and got back to snoring the same night.

Used for two months. Didn’t notice anything. I think all this grounding stuff may be Nonsense.
