Kustom Bass Combo Amplifier, 20 (KXB20)

I gave it 4 stars, not because of any problem, but rather that 5 stars should be reserved for something way above normal expectations. I was looking for a practice/small venue amp and it appears that this will fit the bill. It has more than adequate volume for boutique sized places. Its small size makes it easily transportable while not taking up much room when used in my home. Fit, appearance, and construction is more than adequate for the price. The 4 band equalizer allows you to tailor the sound to your taste. Affordably priced, good sound, appearance, and size make this a real bargain.

I bought this as a practice amplifier for an acoustic electric bass guitar to give it a harsher tone. When I play, I can barely hear it over the acoustics, but everyone else seems to instantly notice it. I did some testing later on with a solid electric bass, and that's where it really came through. It was wall shaking, solid bass that could be heard clearly at even low volumes. It's light, somewhat compact, and decently well built (Speaker cover is a bit cheap and non-detachable). Overall, the tone and volume make it a great practice amplifier.

Plenty loud for the apartment. Clean distortion-free low end. Four band equalizer allows fine adjustment of sound. Up front jacks and controls very handy. Sturdily built and rattle-free. Nice simple styling will not look silly in ten years. My '66 Mustang sounds very sweet through this amp. No onboard effects or tuner, but I don't miss them. Me very happy.

Good, solid lows from the 12" sub, which handles the low B of a 5-string well. It also produces surprisingly crisp highs. It is small enough to fit in pretty tight areas, but loud enough to be useful in small-sized venues or band practices.Overall, hard to find much better bang for your buck than this.

A hell of a bass amp for the cash. Also 12". But. It has a rattle when you crank it that I can't get my hands on. But for the money. Can't beat it.

Great Amp. I've had this for almost 3 months and it works perfectly fine. Its a bit huge so it makes it difficult to be portable but its still a very great Amp.

I have only had it about 3 weeks. It is everything I expected, good sound & good portability. (I can carry it)The price is good, you get a lot for your money

A great deal. 95$, arrived,as advertised, on time. Sounds just fine. Lightweight. Very happy.
