Wild Honey (Yaoi) Paperback – October 22, 2013

It came 4 days early and I'm so glad this did!!! Next to Finder this is my favorite yaoi!! The plot is original not the normal boy meets boy, fall in love, not sure how they feel then get back together. I loved it couldn't put it down!!!! And lots of steamy sex scenes with detail ;) that's how I like my yaoi! Lots of sex and a good plot! But omg the cliff hanger guts you. I was really unhappy about that. I'm praying for a sequel but it's been a year they can't leave a story like that!! So this is only part one. But sink your teeth into it it's a wonderful read!!!

I love Takenaka Sei's work, her boys are just adorable and gorgeous. Kohitsuji Project is one of my favorites and since this one seemed to be similar, for the supernatural part and all, I decided to give it a shot. I'm actually really happy I got it, it has all I like in a yaoi, lots of hot steamy sex and a nice original story, however, this is just volume one, and it leaves you with a really cruel cliffhanger, so I just hope this doesn't become one of those inconclusive books like others out there, it would be a shame. I hope volume two is released soon!!!!

This is a wonderful manga and the drawing so amazing and the story is very interesting but where is volume. 2???? They will not release it ever?????

I was a little skeptical about the book at first since I wasn't able to preview it or check out the art style beforehand at all. But it was a great read. Awesome for anyone who loves yaoi.

This was a really cute story. I love the characters and the art is great. Looking forward to more from Sei Takenaka... Especially the squeal to this!

Beautiful art. Sexy bed scenes. Adorable animal characteristics. The plot is very light since its a cute read but there are definitely some heartaches. Cant wait for vol 2.

Normally I don't like buying manga I've never read before, but I've read a lot of Takenaka's other works, my personal favourite being Kohitsuji Project, so I already knew this would be worth the risk. The art is beautiful as always, and the plot was interesting, despite having a Romeo & Juliet theme. Only downside was that the ending was a little disappointing. Though to be honest I had no idea this was just the first volume of a series, so I hadn't been expecting a cliff-hanger like that. After all, it doesn't say anywhere on it that it's only Volume 1, but after checking on MangaUpdates, it turns out it is still ongoing. So be warned that by the end of this volume, nothing has been resolved, so don't expect a nice happy ending. Despite that, I still thought this was a great BL manga, and now I just have to try to wait patiently for the second volume. If you like Takenaka's previous works, then I'm sure you'll like this one too.

Ich fand diesen Manga sehr sehr schön erzählt, sehr schön gezeichnet, die Story ist witzig und romantisch. Die "heißen" Momente kommen auch nicht zu kurz, doch finde ich den Schluss für mich persönlich schrecklich. Ja, jeder hat eine andere Auffassung und jeder wünscht sich was anderes, aber ich hätte mir persönlich einen schönen Schluss gewünscht, ich bin eben der "happy-End" Typ. Aber wer weiß, ich würde mir wünschen, das es noch einen zweiten Teil gäbe.
