These bulbs are nice and bright and very cheap.However, when installed as map/reading lights in a 04 Odyssey the rattle around and do not make a consistent contact.I had shopped carefully for the correctly sized lights and double checked the dimensions: 42mm x 10mm.However, for these and every other similar light I could find the contact points are closer to 8mm.I was ready to drop more money on the right size but could not find any.Time to roll out plan B.I tried wrapping folded aluminum foil around the light contacts but that just got torn up and pushed aside by the contacts. Don't do that.Ok, moving on to plan C -- bending the contact clips.I tried adjusting the contacts in the car but that was just an exercise in frustration.It was simple enough to remove the light housing by removing one screw and pressing in a few tabs.Once on a flat surface, it was easy enough to bend the contacts with needle nose pliers.See the second picture.After doing that the lights are secure and work great.Deducting a few stars for having to make modifications.

Bought these in September of last year, was already having issues by January. The lights installed and worked fine on the license plate lights of my Ford Flex, but now I've got one blinking. To their credit the other still works fine, and the incandescent bulbs they replaced were unreliable too. Still giving 3 stars because they're LED and don't partially melt the lens like the old ones, and they're not actually less reliable than the OEM style. Not a big deal to swap in a new one (why I bought a 10 pack) but annoying that I've got to go back in and work on such a recent repair.

Amazingly bright only issues 1-2 a 10 pack pack will burn out quickly if on for extended periods of time. I haven't found anything else as bright that has these odds, similar brightness levels have a higher burnout rate along with much higher cost per light.

The bulbs arrived quickly and all 30 bulbs were fully operational. I used these for our under kitchen cabinet lighting. Apparently the previous owners installed a 12volt system, as the original bulbs blew, it was hard to find replacements, even took the bulb to a specialty bulb place and they didn't know how to replace them. By accident, I didn't realize until I replaced a bulb in my car, that these bulbs were the same. So I installed these and Wow, the results are amazing, ultra bright! They make the granite counters look brand new! Can't beat the price either.

A lot of leds on one bulb assembly which already shows it’s going to be bright. I like the cool white color. It’s a great cosmetic upgrade vs the boring factory yellow incandescent bulb lighting. The lighting is so bright it illuminates the ground! Very easy to install. Pop the old one out, and pop this in, literally. It’s not like changing a light bulb to where you have unscrew the old and screw in the new. You literally just pop them in place.

These 6418 bulbs fit the dome, vanity and license plate lights on a 2012 Audi Q5. Not sure why on mine the original halogen license plate bulb was slightly larger than these LED bulb. They fit but it was not snug against the two ends to draw power. I had to switch out my vanity lights that had the Sylvania 6418 bulbs and put them in the license plate lights. Otherwise, it fit the dome lights and vanity lights. Did not fit the license plate light due to being slightly smaller.

The incandescent bulbs I replaced had slightly thicker tips, so I had to bend the socket tabs together a bit to make these clip securely in place, but once I did that, they worked perfectly. And because these don't get hot enough to damage the plastic, I was able to remove and discard the heat shields that protected the interior light lenses from damage by the old bulbs in this Dodge Grand Caravan, allowing even more light to get where it was needed.

Two of the bulbs were dead on arrival but fortunately I only needed 4 for my vehicle. Easy to install and brighter than the stock bulbs but I am skeptical as to how long they will last. Way cheaper than buying OEM so I don’t really have any major complaints.
