PharMeDoc Memory Foam Pillow with Cooling Gel Reversible Orthopedic Bed Pillow Includes Removable Pillow Cover, Standard Size

I am very picky about pillows. I have to be, because I have pinched nerves, bulging discs, and spinal stenosis in my neck. I have tried many pillows, including memory foam pillows, over the years. This pillow is, hands down, the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. I wasn't sure if I'd like the green tea scent, but it is a very light, clean scent. It is, for my personal taste, the perfect firmness. It is soft enough to easily mold to my head and neck, yet firm enough to offer support. I've had some memory foam pillows in the past that were so firm, I wondered why I didn't just buy a brick, and I've had some that were so soft I wondered why I didn't just sleep on a bag of cotton balls. This is *perfect* to me. I don't know that it necessarily keeps cool longer than other pillows, but it doesn't ever feel uncomfortably hot. I would recommend this pillow, based on my own experience.

My skepticism has vanished in regards to PharMeDoc LunaGREEN Memory Foam Pillow Ventilated Hole-Punch Memory Foam Bed Pillow. Over the past 6 years I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars on various types of pillows that would relieve my neck pain while sleeping. However to no avail UNTIL this one. I figured I had only a $27 investment to lose but possibly huge benefits if the LunaGREEN pillow helped me. It had lots of good reviews but I was still skeptical until my first night sleeping on it! Here are my results: 1) I tossed and turned much less, 2) didn't wake up with numb fingers or arms, and 3) I didn't have a headache! It's neither too soft, too firm, too hot or too cold and the light essence of green tea is lovely. My husband was waiting to see how I liked mine before he ordered his. I've had it about 10 days now and love it! I spent $59 on the "My Pillow" alone and it was no better than the others I'd spent money on. I hit the jackpot of comfort for my cervical spine and neck issues. Obviously, I highly recommend this product/pillow!

I know some people don't like that in a pillow, but I like something that's not going to give way under a heavy head during a full night's rest.- The pillow is firm. Again, some people don't like this, but if you're buying a cervical curve pillow and it just squashes flat after an hour or two, there's no point in buying one - save your money and get a "normal" pillow. This one is a notch firmer than the LAST one I owned, but I think it'll break in after some time.- Smell. The pillow's odor disipates fairly quickly. Leave it in a room somewhere for a couple nights out of the package and it'll be fine.-Price. Pretty good value for what I feel are hard to find attributes in a contour pillow.- Cons:- This pillow may be TOO firm for some people, including myself. I am going to give it a few more weeks to see if it breaks in before I dismiss it. The older version was absolutely perfect.- The cooling gel might as well not be there. Again in the last iteration, you could tell a big difference when you put your head on it. This one I can't even tell it's there. Different / less gel, I'd suspect.I'll gladly update this after a month or two and see how it's broken in.

After trying so many foam pillows attempting to replicate the bounce and firmness of some old off brand pillow that I love, I found this one that has that PERFECT bounce. Not firm, not soft, just the perfect support and resilience I was looking for. Stays cool and I am a very warm sleeper. Has an extremely light fragrance, and no foam smell to get used to. I sleep better and have less pain because of this pillow. It is made of quality materials and comes with a great breathable spandex cover. Best pillow for the $

Bought this pillow for my wife. She has been having neck discomfort from what I thought was her pillows. She stole my memeory foam pillow(not this brand and pretty firm) for a few nights and felt better so I grabbed this one for her. For me it is softer than I prefer (I could sleep on a cinder block) but she loves it and the scent is very light, I dont smell it in bed at all. She hasn't complained about her neck so I would say it was perfect for her needs support wise from a pillow.

I got this pillow because my old cotton one was so flat, I might as well have just been using a pillowcase.I have a foam mattress cover that makes me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. So why shouldn't my head get the same treatment?I was leery of the pillow at first. It felt soft and the holes were unusual. But I gave it a try.Oh my stars. It's like my head was cocooned in a marshmallow. Soft, but firm. And there was no weird bunching up of stuffing, so no need to flip to find the fluffiest side.I usually get up 4,5 times a night, but I slept 6 hours without moving. Yes please!

This might be a good pillow for others who like midheight firm pillows. The memory foam is dense and firmer than expected. You really have to muscle your head into it to get much response. I tried to like it more, but i prefer a flatter, medium soft pillow. I loved the green tea scent though, and it did feel very cool.Update: Customer Service has been exceptional in working with me to find a better option for my preferences. Very happy with the company overall and ultimately delivering a quality product.

This pillow is advertised as green tea scented, but the scent is not green tea. It is sort of musty smelling and VERY strong. Within minutes my entire bedroom smelled awful and I had to repackage it quickly so it wouldn't keep spreading. I'm disappointed because the pillow is actually very soft and seemed like it would be really comfortable to sleep on. I just can't get past the smell.

Got this as i was struggling to sleep this heatwave in may, first impresion it's a decent size ,size of a dormeo pillow so enough to rolover once on it, it might feel a little bit on the hard side for some people however i found it quite comfy the foam feels good quality foam and even though is a little bit hard it does go down just enough to feel like .....someone is holding your head in their lap hence comfy,in regards to the gel don't expect miracles it does keep cold for about10 min ..just enough for you to drift to sleep or rolover to the far side for more 10 min of cool in all honesty i do not think there is a pillow for less then 30 £ to do more so all in all happy with the purchase ..a neat trick is to leave your pillow next to the window for 5 min to charge with "coolnes" good luck

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would.It’s good value and is pretty comfortable.However, after a few weeks it still has that very distinctive memory foam smell. It’s not as bad as at first, but it’s still there and still noticeable. My sense of smell is very sensitive, but I suspect that most people will still be able to get the smell of it after a few weeks. It’s not at all subtle. But I guess that’s a problem with the vast majority of memory foam products. Just be wary of reviews that state there is no smell at all after a little while - that’s nonsense.Other than that, it is pretty good value and the support is good. Cooling pad is a nice touch - it only works for about 15/20 mins but is a bonus during summer months.

I like this pillow, it's the one that's given me most support for cervical spondylitis. Cooling pad is good for a while, it does work but as all of them it warms up to body temp after a while but keeps me cool enough until I fall asleep. If not I just turn it round and use a different spot. Very happy.

These are great! I get so hot at night but previous pillows don't have the support of these! Fab item!!!Slept like a baby and I kept cool.... Very pleased!

I liked the pillow it's soft enough and as memory foam works as it's supposed to.There are some faults tho. The pillow is not high enough so when your head goes down the memory foam it can do down too much, but I found putting another normal pillow either underneath or on top helps. Also another factor is the smell. It lingers for a few weeks, but again a normal pillow on top helps with that.The gel on top is really good and stay cool for about 10 min only.
