Honestly...Good quality... Breathable material... Don't depend only on product....go along with body shaper in gym, running, take proper diet, cycling, sports.

Perfect fit..Helps a very good way, keeps you erect in your posture through the day because of the snug fit..Also very useful during cardio exercises, due to the snug fit your sweat it out more..Anyway above are my experiences..Could vary for others..

Just a substandard nylon vest
Extreamly uncomfortable nylon material. No stress or pressure on tummy. You feel like wearing a substandard nylon vest.Doesn't fit the purpose

Pretty good
I have used body shapers for a couple years now as my daily vests. This one is great. It did not loose shape even after repeated washing and did not bubble so far in my 3-4 months of usage. I'm definitely buying more of them. Even though i'm not sure about the tucking part. But these vests make me feel 'in place'
