I confess, I find meat claws hilarious. Whenever the Housemate uses them she does her Wolverine impersonation to great acclaim. But the utility of these things isn't a joke. They make lifting even a 13 lb turkey out of a roasting pan, much simpler. And for shredding meat? Fantastic. Those 100% BPA-free plastic claws are savage! Pulled pork comes together in two minutes, and shredded beef or chicken for Mexican meals is a snap.You may notice that there's a brush included, and that's a very nice grace note with these claws that you don't get with a lot of others. But you also get hollow backs on the grips which means that food can get stuck in there and the brush becomes quite necessary. I prefer the solid claws, but only by a bit. It's not that hard to clean something if you don't let the food stick.If you've ever had problems lifting large cuts of meat, or shredding cooked food, give these meat claws a try. They really will make your life easier.

Super easy to use and great to not only shred meat but also to just pick up meat and relocate it without having to use your hands or wobbly forks! I also replaced my fork while carving the turkey - way easier! Also, this is not just for pork but chicken and beef too!

I received it on time bulkier than i thought they would be but they work

Besides my wife threatening to take them away from me as I danced around the kitchen like a chubby, pathetic version of Wolverine, they work pretty swell for getting stabby with the meat on the smoker. I haven't yet shredded any pork, but it is on the agenda and I am confident they will perform wonderfully.

We do not use these for pork but chicken and beef they work well. To ransfer from crock pot or bake pan. They work well to shred but we use a mixer for that. It does work when grilling as well.
