FAST SSD at a reasonable price.
This is the first SSD I've owned. The machine it is installed in is a home-built AMD Ryzen 5-3600 CPU on as ASUS X-570-P mobo, with 64 gB of DDR4 dram, and a 6tB HDD for data storage. I am using the SSD for the OS (Windows 10 Home) and the installed programs.It takes this SSD 11 seconds to boot Windows from the moment the POST is completed to where the desktop appears and the user can start working. This is at least 8 times faster than Windows 10 boots from a 7200 rpm HDD. I've noticed that Firefox is noticeably faster than it was on my last PC, which had hard disk storage only. The machine has been in use for three weeks, no problems. If the SSD fails in less than 5 years, I'll update this review.

Drive Great ... Software bad!
Bought this drive to double the capacity of the original OEM Samsung drive in a Lenovo Y720 laptop. The drive was excellent ... once I installed it after several hours of trying to make the Disk Wizard cloning software work (which it did not) ... And the seatools dashboard app was another flop. Finally resorted to loading a fresh copy of Windows 10 on the Seagate drive and all my apps and programs along with the OS. So, the title says it all ...

Very stable and a bang for your buck.
I love this SSD. I use it one my Mac as a backup drive location for music and audo mp3 files. Works seamlessly on my Mac and PC.

Easy transition
Installed this a few days ago so I can't speak to longevity. But the install was easy enough once I got everything out of the way. Also the image migration was a breeze (used the seagate software, was very intuitive).I did have to rebuild my MBR, probably due to my linux installation in another partition, otherwise no issues.Much easier than I expected all in all.

if you are looking for value as my daughter would say "Boom you found it" so there you have it great speeds good price fair amount for what you gave for it all around good buy. no buyers remorse here think ill sleep easy tonight.

great product!! Its super fast i have windows 10 boot up off it and omg its a huge difference from a traditional hard drive at least 5 times as fast if not faster now i didnt run any tests to see how fast it downloads and upload but for the price its great hands down would recommend.

一般向けのBarracuda、ゲーマー向けのFireCudaの2種類あり、こちらは一般向けの製品。東芝製TLC NAND、コントローラはPhisonで、180万時間のMTBFと最大320TBの書込みバイト数 5年保証と信頼性も十分そうです。ベンチマークの結果は公称値の最高3,400 2,180MB/秒とほぼ一致。温度は室温28度、ヒートシンク無しでアイドル時50度、ベンチ実行時で60度（CPUとグラボの間にあるスロットに設置）思ったよりベンチ時の温度が低いのは低消費電力（最高4.2W）を売りにしているからっぽい。

m2は全くの初めてで、ASROCKのマザボードの排他性がわかっておらず苦労しました
pcieM2は本当に早いですね。動画ファイルにはありがたいです。それでもセットには知識がなく苦労しました。まず、固定ねじがついていないのでAmazonで注文。取り付けは簡単だったんですが、HDDが認識しない。そこで一旦放り出してしまって、排他性の問題だと気がつくのに時間がかかりました。ネットで見てそんなことがあるんだーくらいの認識でしたから、マザーボードのマニュアルをちゃんと読めばわかることなんですがね。用語も難しいし、4台繋いでいたHDDのケーブルの順番もSATAソケットのナンバーも勘違いしたまま、面倒なので確認をサボってたのでドツボにハマっていました。 サボらずきちんと確認が大事でしたと言う初心者の経験でした。
