I’ve been using this for some time & it doesn’t disappoint

Really smooth, flavoured coffee, contained in capsules that are compostible and also free of aluminium. No bitterness to this coffee, but still a good rich flavour. Would recommend and for the quantity provided they represent good value for money.

As you can see from my picture, compared to standard pods, these don't perforate in the Nespresso machine I use. I've tried four times now and each time there has only been indentation as opposed to perforation. I've made sure the pods are in properly etc. I've had to take a knife to them to perforate them and put them through the Nespresso machine again to try to get some coffee out but all that happened was a weak coffee, so all I could taste were the other ingredients in my coffee (butter etc.). For over £30 for what is a total of 700 grams of coffee, I at least expected to be able to judge the coffee by having the pods work. The machine we own works with every other pod out there and these say they work with it, too. As such, I can only give this product 1* because it has not worked as advertised.

I love this coffee! If you use a Nespresso machine just pierce the pods once with a fork so the coffee comes out easier - a little trick I learnt

Not sure what it is about the recyclable pods, but neither these nor Grind taste particularly good and I always end up using two in a cup, which can get expensive.That said the recycling ability is excellent and this is a major factor in why I tried them out. Ultimately though I've gone back to aluminium ones with a pod-splitting tool to empty the used grinds. More effort, but worth it for me.

Have had this product on subscription for over a year. Very disappointed that the last 3 bags have been only 36 capsules and not the advertised 40. Real shame to have to cancel my subscription as the coffee is great.Edit: so after posting this original 3 star review the staff at Lean Caffeine managed to track me down to apologiese both in word and in deed. Stellar customer service making up for the multiple distribution issues. Have knocked this up to a four star review because of this.

I love my coffee and these are perfect, I'm on my 20th re-order! they are not too bitter and are very smooth, only problem is I can keep drinking the all day long!.

This is a good coffee if you want something for your Nespresso machine with home compostable pods. There are other options out there but some of them are quite expensive. These are very reasonably priced and almost as tasty as the most expensive ones. I didn't actually buy them for their low micro-whatever content but I guess that's good too!Also, Jamie who runs the company is really friendly and helpful.I've seen some folks saying the coffee isn't strong enough. If this happens to you, I recommend doing a factory reset on your coffee machine as even "lungo" isn't supposed to dispense a large coffee. If you try to increase the water volume of the lungo setting, all you're going to get is weaker coffee. Stick with the factory defaults and these taste lovely.

A un goût de carton, il faut 2 capsules pour faire une tasse convenable. Ne recommanderai point.
