Dr Browns Soda Cel Ray 6pk

Used to live in Lower Manhattan near a famous deli which featured Dr. Brown's Celray Soada. As it's name states, it has a celery taste, which may sound a bit peculiar, but is a distant cousin to ginger ale in my opinion.It is very regional and I have not seen it outside the northeast, so being able to buy it on Amazon is a plus.Yes, it is a bit pricey considering, but it is worth it to me as it brings back so many memories.

I’m not sure why I love celery soda, but I do and can’t help myself. We could always buy Dr. Brown’s Cel-Ray locally, but in the last year it became unavailable. We would travel to a deli an hour away to stock up until I had the great idea to check Amazon. What an absolute thrill to find it even cheaper than the deli!The cans come in perfect condition, don’t act like they are all shaken up, and it’s nice to know they will be here like clockwork. This soda is an acquired taste and is just delicious and light and refreshing.

I have been drinking this particular flavor of Dr.Brown's soda for years ever since I was a little girl. But throughout the years it had become more and more scarce. Other than Katz's delicatessen, and Russ & sons both of which are located on Houston St on the lower east side of Manhattan only a few doors down from each other on the same block...I couldn't find it anywhere else! Whilst I now reside in the Bronx, so I don't always feel like traveling all the way back to my old neighborhood downtown to purchase them. So I would usually try to get at least a dozen or so cans when I did make the trip. So to my pleasant surprise Amazon carries it. Although the only downside to this is that the price is very steep. That has much room for change.

I had this forever ago, well over 20 years ago and it still has the same great flavor I remember. Be warned though, its got more sugar than you'd think it does based on flavor.

They sodas were flat and had no taste. It was very disappointing, they were expensive and had to be sitting somewhere for a while. The can was soft also. I didn’t send back but I should of, because it was a waste of money

I think the date is fine. Package arrived okay, just really dusty. The flavor isn't as much "celery" as I remember. Not sure if they changed the formula or what. It's good, but it used to be better.

I bought this online because I can't find it in the stores anymore. Love this soda. Unique taste. Would buy again.

Does not taste like celery like it used to tasteless wast of money
