MASTERY MART Adjustable Height Pillow

I bought this pillow to help with neck and jaw pain. I wasn't expecting a lot but at the price, it was definitely worth a go.It's actually really good! I change between side and back sleeping and this has been good for both. My neck and jaw are feeling much better, and I do think it's down to the pillow. I feel like my neck is much better supported.

I'm a front and side sleeper. This is easily the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on for side sleep, your neck is fully supported, and I've found my neck pain has reduced significantly. For front sleeping I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Its ok, you have to adjust a bit but comfortable front sleeping on this pillow is possible just not as perfect. I've never really found a perfect pillow for front sleep really. Overall this pillow is a keeper and i'm happy.

I purchased this product after being advised by a rheumatologist that it might ease some of the severe neck pain I experience as a result of Joint Hypermobility Syndrome. I needed one that was approximately the same size as a regular pillow - many of the others I looked at were half this size - and ideally was looking for one that I could adjust.When I received it, the pillow was more than half its own size due to the shrink packaging. Please let it air out and heat up when you receive yours, and you'll see it reforming its shape and firming up. Mine was ready to use the same day it was delivered and had no chemical odours (another thing a lot of reviewers of other pillows were displeased with).I can't say that it's a miracle cure - it isn't. I've only just been diagnosed with JHS and there's a lot that needs corrected after years of not being aware of the condition; the pillow was never going to magically rid me of all my symptoms. I can, however, say that it has helped me get a better sleep, and the convenience of the zip on the pillowcase makes it easy to wash and redress the same day. This pillow should fit into any pillowcases you already own for conventional bed pillows, so you can use those to make it look a little less obvious that you have an orthopaedic pillow.

Some people describe this as firm. Compared to feathres, sure but not like memory foam pillows which are usuaally much firmer. Memory foam should slowly compress but maintain support - this drops right away to its final compression and compresses much too much for my liking. The curved edges, in particular have no purpose because they immediately compress so the whole pillow is uniform. If you want that, you'll like this - it's a personal thing but I prefer the other two (more expensive) ones I have.

I bought this pillow because I’ve been suffering with a trapped nerve in my shoulder, neck and arm. The great thing about this particular pillow is the removable insert to adjust the height. I’ve been able to sleep well since using this pillow. I would recommend.

I am so glad that I was unable to cancel this order. The pillows are amazing. Slept so well and my neck felt great in the mornings. Also my husband don’t snore as loud 😁Early days as yet but so far so good.Thanks for immediate delivery too.
