So the description clearly states 8 plus. Yet they emailed me instructions to a YouTube video for the 7...I had to pull other videos for the 8 plus to try to figure it out because there were a few things very different and caused a lot of confusion. I got through it and re-assembled (through their horrible reassembly tutorial that sped through the process and didn’t actually show you what it needed to look like again, resulting in me going to the beginning to check how it looked when I took it apart...which by the way was NOT helpful for the camera disassembly or reassembly) and voila! I have a brick. It will turn on, but the home button/Touch ID won’t work and now I can’t do much. I will now have to take it to a repair shop to pay the $100 I should have just paid to begin with. I’d have an hour of my life (getting the screen off took almost 30 minutes), fewer grey hairs and could have had this done rather than wait for the 2-day delivery.Oh and one final tip for the company, don’t wait until 10pm the night of delivery to email the instructions. I was waiting for the highly reviewed video that came with this product and there is nothing in the box it came in so you have to wait for the email to arrive, which meant I had to wait another 24 hours to do it. AND then I got the wrong phone video soooo I’d really recommend you fix these things.

Easy to install and worked great for about 2 months. Then the screen started going in and out and completely stopped working after using it for but 3 months.

Very easy to install. Took literally 30 minutes to take off the old one and put the new one on. Came with everything you need plus a new screen protector. I replaced my girlfriends phone screen with this kit and she’s so happy now! Don’t go to the mall and have your screen fixed for $150. Do it yourself and pay $35!!!

My son was not successful in replacing his screen. Not sure if his phone was to far gone or if the replacement was bad. Chalking it up to $ lost and moving on. It came nicely packaged with little screwdrivers and everything. He ended up having to get a new phone.

I liked the look of the screen. After using for a while, I’ve realized that this product is crap. There is a light on the lower right side of screen shining through the surface. After phone dropped with a full protective case, cracks are clearly appearing on new screen instead of glass protector. Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ Buy extended warranty if you choose to go through with purchase.

This item is not as pictured. It uses metal tabs to attach upper edge to the frame which is not correct (see attached photo) and does not work. It should use the plastic hooks as shown in their pictures to attach properly. I requested a new item be shipped assuming they shipped the wrong item. We’ll see.
