I purchase this product for weight loss purpose and not only I did not lose any weight, I gain few pounds.I have gone on a very discipline diet including: well nutrient balanced meals, three meals a day at the same time every day, and daily exercise routine for six months.I weight myself once a week at the same day of the week and the same hour of the day (6:30 am after one cup of coffee and before breakfast).I started to use a different type of diet supplement (I won/t revile it's name to remove any bias or doubts) and I was loosing an half a pound a week.At some point my weight loss slowed or almost stopped. I did not gain weight but wasn't loosing any. So I decide to try a different product.I had red the reviews on Garcinia Cmbogia and decide to give it a try. I have been using it for two months as directed (three capsules one hour before meals) I kept my eating, exercise,and weight schedule routine the same. At first, my weight did not changed or dropped down half a pound in four weeks. I waited extra five weeks to let work on my metabolism but then I started to gain about a pound per week.I went back on the previous product and my weight started to drop rapidly after the first week.I'm not sure if this product other benefits are as their claim to be, but as for a weight loss aid it's a waste of money.

Ok, so I have only had the product for a few days and no one paid me to buy it. I have already lost 3 lbs there have been studies that say it elevates serotonin levels so maybe that's why I feel so good. The con would be that I can,t feel when I'm full or hungry it's like I feel full all the time even when my stomach growls so I think you have to be careful not to over eat or under eat. I could have easily ate a big plate of food for dinner because I felt full before dinner while my stomachs was growling and the same way After. I will update this review in a few weeks and a month to let you know how the weight loss is going. I am also taking green coffee extract with this product.

I have received my free trial of the Garcinia Cambogia from Kerala Herbs, and have been very happy thus far. I got this product for to loose baby weight and it is by far the most amazing thing ever! Garcinia Cambogia is a fantastic product. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone trying to loose weight. Taking 3 pills 3x a day 30-69 min BEFORE you eat isn't the greatest if you don't have set meal times. however, I don't feel as hungry, nor do I eat nearly as much as I did before. I cannot see the weight difference after 2 weeks but my pants aren't as tight as they were.

I'm really happy with this product so far. I think it's still too early to tell if it is going to quite have the desired results, but I've definitely been less hungry and have needed less to feel satiated. The only downside, is it does taste a little unpleasant to me. But, that is past so quickly, it's not even an issue. I just want to keep going with it along with eating better. So far, so good!
